It all depends what you’re looking for I guess.

I started playing last year and got a set of Cobra Fly XL2 irons. They’re pretty forgiving, game improvement irons. Decent quality and won’t break the bank. They’ve done a decent job for me so far.
I think places like Clubhouse and Affordable golf do a 5-SW set for about £300ish.

I also got a Cobra Air X hybrid for longer shots, which I get on really well with.

Cheers for the recommendations Craig , they both seem good options for me. Seacroft looks like a cracking course, definitely like to play there.

I use a 4 hybrid and then 5 iron down. The hybrid is generally a good club for me and a go-to/confidence booster when I’m struggling.
