Recommendations – hybrid bag

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a hybrid bag? I need a new bag and due to space, a hybrid works better for me than separate cart and carry bags.
The main things I’m looking for are:

1. 14 way divider
2. Waterproof – this will be my year round bag.
3. Plenty of pockets/storage

Happy to consider any brands, or if there’s any bags I should avoid, I’m also happy to know that!
