the site takes a bit to load. Your team or you can view issues in chrome tools under lighthouse.
The video page might be good to show top ten then paginate the rest.

I think where most people will get the value is interaction with you, barlow, pete …. on the site. Its not just the videos. Leaving the site dead for so long sucks.
