    got a V5 last year work very well about a month ago it stopped downloading so l email Shot Scope told them about it on the Monday they ask me to do a little test which l did.
    James said that my Strap had stopped working he said he send out a new one with the tool to undo the screws which l got in the post l fitted the new strap did the test & is working great well done to them thanks for taking care of your customers..
