Hello Golfmates, just wanted to post an invite to you all. If you fancy a round at my track then just let me know. I play at Seascale in West Cumbria. It’s just hit no5 on the best value hidden gems list. It’s a bit of a hike to get here – 3 hours from Warrington (a trip I have to make quite often) and slightly less from Glasgow.
It would need to be on a Saturday this year but almost any time next. It is a challenging links (I think the club website now has hole flyovers done by Sellafield) especially when the wind blows!
There are plenty of local places to stay and eat, etc.
I’m off 15 but don’t mind if you are 36 or scratch!
Might take you up on that. I live in Leigh but Seascale is on my to-do list. How are you fixed Sat 13th September?
I’d be up for that. Although I dont live in Cumbria anymore (Carlisle born and bred). Depending on tee time, might try and do the Carus deal the night before

Hi. Need to be home by 6pm that date so something between 10 & 11 works well for me. Can also do 23rd Aug with less restrictions on tee time if that suits you better. Thanks.
